Suzanne oversees daily community operations and engagement efforts, drawing on 20+ years of community management experience to support residents and strengthen the community. She started her career as an activity intern at a community association in the Outer Banks of North Carolina. She has been with CCMC and the Three Springs Community Manager since 2018. When she’s not supporting the community, Suzanne can usually be found skiing or exploring Durango and the surrounding area.

A Durango local since 2011 with a background in marketing and design, she helps bring community events to life and supports the vibrant, welcoming atmosphere Three Springs is known for.
